Cremorne is a small suburb in the City of Yarra, immediately south of Swan Street and about 3 kilometres from the CBD, bounded by Richmond, the Yarra River and the CityLink corridor. It shares the 3121 postcode with Richmond and it has an unusual make-up: a grid of very narrow streets lined with single-fronted workers’ cottages, and above and around them a dense concentration of former industrial buildings converted into offices, studios and creative workspaces.
