Sandhurst sits in the City of Frankston, roughly 35 kilometres south-east of the CBD, between Skye, Carrum Downs and Cranbourne West. Unlike the older suburbs around it, Sandhurst was developed as a single master-planned community built around a golf course, so the housing is comparatively recent and consistent: single and double-storey homes on landscaped lots, villa and townhouse pockets, and a significant amount of low-maintenance housing aimed at downsizers and retirees.
Estate access
The estate has its own internal road network with defined entry points rather than a normal open street grid. Some sections have controlled entry and their own rules about contractor and delivery access, so we confirm the arrangements with you before the day rather than sorting it out at the gate with a loaded truck. Once inside, the roads are wide, the driveways are generous and the truck can usually park directly at the property, which makes the carry short and the load quick.
